| Car Dealer Fraud Don't Stand for it--Don't Be a Victim |

- Prior to purchasing your vehicle, you ask the salesperson "has this car
ever been involved in an accident"
- Of course the salesperson says "No." You find out later that the
vehicle has been involved in at least one accident.
- Now the Car Dealer won't listen to you or help you.
- You're generally entitled to the difference in value of the vehicle, and
in some cases you can force the seller to buy the vehicle back.
